The Bible was penned by human authors but ultimately written by God himself. That’s why we see hundreds of prophecies made centuries before the events happened.

For example, just as the Old Testament foretold, Jesus the Messiah was born of a virgin, in Bethlehem, as a descendant of Abraham. He was betrayed for 30 pieces of silver, mocked, pierced in his hands and feet, and lots were cast for his clothing. Jesus died as a sacrifice for our sins, was buried in a rich man’s tomb, and rose from the dead.

And those are just a few of the prophecies made about Jesus!

The Bible accurately predicts the future because it was ultimately written by the eternal God.
