Killing Newborns?

Should infants born with a serious disability be killed? Well, nearly nine in ten doctors in Belgium say “yes”—and by the way, they don’t define what a “serious disability” is.

As shocking and horrifying as this may seem, these doctors are just taking the deadly worldview of abortion to its logical conclusion.

But this is murder. Each person is an image-bearer of God. That means our life has value, even if it is likely to be short, difficult, or costly. Each person has been “fearfully and wonderfully made” in the very image of God—including those with a disability.

Instead, people should receive love, care, and true compassion, from fertilization to natural death.
