This is Ken Ham, inviting you to visit our full-size Noah’s Ark attraction in Northern Kentucky.
Amber is fossil resin and it often contain small creatures. They were trapped in the sticky resin and preserved.
Some amber found in Lebanon contained larvae and eggs from a little insect called a “lacewing.” When scientists studied the larvae and eggs, they realized that they’re very similar to lacewing larvae and eggs today. And yet they’re believed to be over one hundred million years old! So in over one hundred million years, there was no evolution!
Lacewings didn’t evolve … and they aren’t evolving now. They were created by God. And these amber chunks aren’t millions of years old. Instead they’re just a few thousand years old.
