Now, the Bible teaches all people are descended from Adam. We’re all one race—the human race. And this means we all have the same ultimate problem: sin.

You see, Adam’s sin affected us all. Plus, we all sin and face the penalty of death. Our ultimate human problem is that we’ve sinned against our Creator.

But Jesus Christ, the God-man, stepped into history as the Last Adam. He lived a perfect life and took our sins upon himself when he died in our place on the cross. He then rose from the grave and offers eternal life to all who believe.

Because we’re all descendants from the first Adam, we can all receive salvation—and the solution to our biggest problem, from the Last Adam, Jesus.
