The Greatest Gift

Well, all this week we’ve been looking at examples of God’s provision, even in his judgment. We’ve seen that coal, oil, diamonds, and chalk are only available to us because of the judgment of Noah’s flood. But, all these things should remind us of God’s greatest gift for those under his judgment—salvation!

You see, everyone at the time of the flood was a sinner, deserving death. But God provided an ark of salvation for Noah and his family.

We’re all sinners today, and we deserve death. But God has provided us a modern-day ark of salvation—Jesus Christ. If we repent and trust in Christ, we’re saved from God’s judgment … and receive eternal life.
