Well, the climate change debate is a lot like the creation versus evolution issue. What you believe about the past determines how you interpret the evidence. If you start with evolution and millions of years, you’ll interpret the evidence differently from someone who starts with the history in God’s Word.

So starting points matter! When we start with the history in God’s Word, we see, of course, that climates do change. But we don’t need to be alarmed, and many scientists agree.
