Many Christians claim the days in Genesis were each millions of years, because you see, they want to agree with the prevailing supposed scientific opinion on the age and formation of the universe.

Now, the secular model teaches that the stars formed first, then the earth formed as a hot, molten blob. But the Bible teaches a watery earth first, then the sun, moon, and stars three days later.

And the Bible teaches plants were created on day three—one day before the sun. But according to evolutionary ideas, plants came long after the sun.

To add millions of years into Genesis, you have to change the order of events.

We need to trust God’s Word.
