We spend a lot of time talking about the age of the earth. In fact, we’re often described as a “young-earth ministry.” And that’s true. We are. But that’s not really what we’re all about.

You see, our belief and defense of a young earth is a consequence of our belief in the authority of Scripture. We believe that the authoritative, perfect Word from our Creator should be our authority, not man’s ideas. And the greatest attack on Scripture in our era is on Genesis. So as we defend the truth and authority of Scripture, we end up defending the age of the earth.

We want believers to boldly stand on the authority of God’s Word, from the very first verse.
