Many Christians have accepted the secular idea of millions of years. But fossils are a big problem for this view.

You see, fossils are the remains of once living things—and many show injuries, cancer, or arthritis. So if they’re millions of years old, that means death and disease are as well.

But the Bible teaches that God’s original creation was perfect. There was no death or disease. Those are the consequence of Adam and Eve’s sin and the Curse.

Christians who believe in millions of years must somehow deal with death and disease before sin. Now, this makes God the author of these horrible things … instead of sinful man.

Fossils aren’t millions of years old—they’re young!
