Now, the human body is a marvel of design. We’re truly “fearfully and wonderfully” made. So how do those with genetic disorders and disabilities fit into this?
Well, first we must remember that creation is cursed. God’s original creation was “very good.” There was no death, suffering, disorders, or disabilities. But sin changed everything. And now creation, and our own bodies, groan from sin and the curse.
We also know that God creates us and is sovereign over everything—even conception! We’re fearfully and wonderfully made, even though everybody is marred by the curse in one way or another.
A biblical worldview affirms what’s wrong with this world.
