Our world has a huge variety of ecosystems. Think of the Arctic tundra, Amazon’s rainforest, and Australia’s coral reefs. These are just a handful of the world’s ecosystems—and many have smaller ecosystems within them! The plants and the animals in each one seem perfectly designed for their system.
But God didn’t specifically create polar bears, arctic wolves, and snowshoe hares for the Arctic. You see, the Bible tells us God created according to their kinds. God made a bear kind, a wolf kind, and a rabbit kind—and he put so much variety in their DNA that they can fill a huge variety of ecosystems, including the Arctic.
