One of the great mysteries of history is how humans got to the Americas. Many scientists assume they had to go over land, crossing land bridges. That’s because they believe ancient man was too primitive to sail to the coast. But now researchers are re-thinking this assumption.

Many now think the evidence in the Americas suggests some people did sail to the Americas, where they started new settlements.

This fits with what we’d expect from the Bible. Noah and his sons were obviously shipbuilders and would’ve passed this skill on. Now, some of the people who left Babel, well they used boats as they began to explore the world. And they were the original Christopher Columbuses, who discovered a new world.
