A Trustworthy Testimony

Have you ever heard the claim that Christ’s Resurrection was just a legend? And that it grew for decades before it was written down?

This argument is used to make the Bible appear untrustworthy.

But the Apostle Paul wrote that Christ appeared to over 500 people at once and that most of these people were still alive. If the church back then didn’t believe Paul’s testimony, they could’ve asked numerous eyewitnesses.

Paul also said that he’d received his message from Jesus—and that it was confirmed by Peter and James. This was just five years after the Resurrection, and that’s not enough time for a legend to develop.

We can trust the Bible. Jesus is alive!
