Transcript

Many Christians believe in evolution but add God in as a part of the process. But this view totally misrepresents who God is.

Scripture describes God as the all-powerful Creator who made everything just by speaking. But evolution makes God simply the “god-of-the-gaps.” He is just tacked on to a naturalistic process.

This view also misrepresents God’s character. Scripture says that God is perfect and all-powerful. But evolution is a wasteful process—and its main mechanism is death! Why would a loving Creator use death to create life? And why would a loving God call such a creation “very good”?

God did not use evolution to create. To say He did misrepresents our Creator.
