The Bible and secular scientists provide two very different histories of the earth. According to the Bible, God created the universe and everything in it, fully formed and functioning . . . in just six days a few thousand years ago.

Now secular scientists, tell us that the universe is billions of years old and that life on earth is the result of millions of years of evolution.

But both can’t be right!

Well, it should come as no surprise to Christians that the evidence confirms God’s Word. The example we looked at this week was soft tissue in fossils. It shouldn’t be there if these fossils are millions of years old.

But it’s no problem in a biblical timescale. As always, the Bible got it right.
