More than anything else, dinosaurs are used to indoctrinate kids with evolutionary ideas. And the latest craze has been to tell children that dinos aren’t even extinct—they are birds now!

So, how should parents combat this indoctrination?

Well, start with God’s Word. Show kids that God tells us He created birds on Day Five, and land animals, which includes dinosaurs, on Day Six. Talk about how incredibly complex birds are and dinosaurs are and how both require a Creator.

Show them the huge differences. They aren’t the same at all! They have different bones, respiratory systems, and body plans. Birds were designed to fly—dinosaurs were not! We need to start with God’s Word to teach children truth.
