Marriage—It’s God’s Invention

We live in a time when marriage is increasingly coming under attack. Now, many Christians wonder what is happening. Well, this is only one symptom of a bigger problem.

You see, our culture has replaced God’s Word with man’s opinion as the foundation for thinking. Instead of acknowledging the Creator, our society thinks with an evolutionary view. So today, man decides what is right . . . and makes the rules. This means our culture does whatever is right in its own eyes—including when it comes to marriage.

But marriage didn’t evolve. It was created by God. And He designed it to be one man and one woman for life. We don’t have the authority as created beings to change what God has made.
