Where should we start when sharing the gospel? Well, the gospel begins in Genesis, so it makes sense to start there when you are sharing the good news with others!

Now starting in Genesis, we see that God created a perfect world. But Adam chose to rebel, and brought sin—and its penalty, death—into creation.

Because of our sin in Adam and our continued sin, we deserve death. But Jesus Christ stepped into history as a descendant of Adam, lived a perfect life, died on the Cross in our place—taking the penalty of death that we deserve. And then He rose from the dead, defeating death.

Jesus freely offers salvation to all who will believe and trust in Him. Now that is the gospel—beginning in Genesis.
