Research shows that 90 percent of Christian kids go to public schools. That is where they are taught millions of years, evolution, and the religion of atheism. But, it is just a few hours a week they sit in Sunday school and learn about God’s Word. Does this little bit of Christian teaching overcome the hours of school and media influences? Well, no!

It is not the church’s job to teach our children biblical principles. It is your job as a parent. We are supposed to “train up a child in the way he should go” and instruct our kids in the Lord. Now, churches come alongside parents and help them, but they aren’t a replacement for parents! Use everyday conversations and situations and teach God’s Word.
