Construction Update: Creature Feature at the Creation Museum

Last spring we opened our stunning Butterfly House, located near our unique Plants of the Bible Conservatory and beside the Creation Zoo. Guests have loved meeting our beautiful butterflies as part of the zoo and botanical gardens experience (Note: Because of the cost of the butterflies that need to be replaced every couple of weeks, the Butterfly House does require a separate ticket). And that experience is about to get even better with our Creature Feature exhibit house.

Located between the Butterfly House and the Plants of the Bible Conservatory, this exciting new exhibit area will showcase:

• Eight incredible invertebrate species, including emperor scorpions, giant millipedes, tarantulas, and more
• Four species of snakes
• Five species of lizards
• Two amphibian species
• An ornate box turtle
• And two fish tanks, one of which will exhibit blind cavefish

Our exhibit artists and content writers, along with zoo staff, have outdone themselves in the design of this new building. It’s really unique, and guests will absolutely love it. Entrance to the Creature Feature will be included with Creation Museum admission.
