Christmas Is Coming to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter

Our free Christmas events begin just after Thanksgiving (November 28, 2025–January 3, 2026, on select days).

Both attractions offer a different Christmas experience, so make plans to visit both the museum and the Ark to enjoy:

The lights are spectacular, with new designs added each year.

By the way, the lights aren’t just draped on trees—there’s a lot of design involved in how the lights (hundreds of thousands of them) are wrapped on trees and placed on buildings at both locations. The lights are spectacular, with new designs added each year. And you will love the lit-up dinosaur models sculptured by the late Buddy Davis and placed throughout the gardens.

Veterans Enjoy Free Creation Museum and Ark Encounter Admission on November 11

But before we get to Christmas, we’re celebrating Veterans Day and expressing our thanks to veterans and those actively serving in our military by offering all former and active-duty US military members free admission to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter on November 11, 2025.

Can’t make it on Veterans Day? Every day we offer veterans and active duty or retired members of the United States Armed Forces a 20% discount off the purchase of up to five general admission tickets, along with a 20% discount on rentals (ECVs, wheelchairs, and strollers) and a 20% discount on up to five meals at our restaurants and snack bars. Simply show your current military photo ID or military dependent ID at checkout to receive the discount.
