First-Ever Answers for Men Conference a Huge Success

It was so great to be with 2,000 men (including hundreds of young men) learning from God’s Word and praising the Lord in song. Watch this short video to get an idea of what it was like during the times of worship.

Answers for Men was a totally sold-out event, with over 2,000 men attending from across America, Canada, and Australia. I met one man who came over from Melbourne, Australia, especially for the conference.

We had such a great group of speakers for the conference and wonderful worship with Michael O’Brien. Logos Theatre from South Carolina put on a special stage production to fit with the theme of Adam: First and Last. And the men even had the opportunity to play “archery tag” on a special course set up outside.

We received rave reviews from those attending, and almost 1,000 men have already registered for next year’s event! It’s sure to be a complete sell-out again.

And I want to say a special thank-you to all the staff involved for their very hard work—guest services, outreach, culinary, housekeeping, event ops, marketing, design, retail, DPS, speakers, and so many more. It takes a lot of people to make such a conference successful, and there are always complications and unforeseen problems that pop up. And we couldn’t do such conferences without all the volunteer help we have. A huge thanks to everyone!
