Construction Update: Welcome Center Interior Design

As crews work on construction of the new Welcome Center and Jerusalem model building at the Ark Encounter (it’s coming along nicely), our skilled fabrication team at the design studio is also hard at work on what will go into the interior.

Currently they are crafting beautiful wooden beams that will adorn the tops of pillars. You will be able to see them near the ceiling as you walk into the Welcome Center. The team is also creating a decorative, custom mortise and tenon joint fencing that will be used in the ticketing queue.

Our Welcome Center and Jerusalem model will be simply stunning! The Welcome Center is expected to open later this year and the Jerusalem model sometime in late 2026.
