What Is the Bible Really?

Most of us would probably say something like, “It’s the Word of God” or “A message from the Creator” or even “The perfect, authoritative Scriptures.” All of those are true, and yet they’re still missing something. We need to be thinking foundationally.

So what is the Bible really? Well, I answered that question in just five minutes in a recent video.

Yes, when we don’t properly understand what the Bible is—and treat it as such—we fail to use God’s Word effectively, powerfully, or authoritatively.
