Zoo Featured in Hit Answers TV Show Devastated by Fire
If you have an Answers TV subscription, you and your children (or grandchildren) have probably enjoyed Kashtan’s Wildlife in the Zoo. This is one of our most popular shows, featuring Kashtan at her family’s zoo, Creation Kingdom Zoo, in Gate City, Virginia. Well, I am very sad to share that they suffered a devastating fire at the zoo in late November.
The overnight fire destroyed their admissions building, gift shop, zoo kitchen, and barn. Several animals were also killed during the fire. As you can see in this video the producers of their show put together, they’re devastated by the extent of the damage and the loss of several of their animals.
