It’s hands-on science with a biblical worldview—there aren’t too many other places you can find that!
We’re currently offering two camps, with three dates to choose from (and a special camp with the STEM group Teach Me Automation—but more on that below!), for students who have completed fourth grade through high school.
One is our Explore Science 5-Day Summer Camp, taking place twice this year: June 15–19 and July 13–17, 2020. This camp features twenty hands-on science workshops (involving different disciplines), a zipline adventure, a planetarium show, a guided tour of the Creation Museum, and more. As your children learn from expert instructors, they not only will discover more about God’s creation and how it works but also will look to God’s Word for the proper framework for understanding and interpreting science. It’s hands-on science with a biblical worldview—there aren’t too many other places you can find that!
The second is our Explore Forensics 3-Day Summer Camp, June 24–26, 2020. Campers dive into the remarkable world of forensics as they get hands-on with fingerprinting, trace (hair and fibers) analysis, impressions (shoe and dental), DNA, crime scene recording, and document examination. All this is taught by an actual forensic scientist and from the perspective of a biblical worldview! We don’t know anywhere else where your child could receive such instruction.
The third camp is being hosted at the Creation Museum and led by the group Teach Me Automation. This Teach Me Automation 3-Day STEM Camp, July 22–24, 2020, introduces campers to the basics of automation through hands-on STEM workshops. Campers will learn technology principles, solve problems, and conquer challenges creatively on a team. This is done through the lens of a biblical worldview, always pointing campers back to Christ and his Word.
I encourage you to consider one or more of these camps for your child(ren) this summer. What better way to inspire a love of science and the Lord and his Word than an incredible summer camp experience?
Space for all these camps is limited. Please register early. Children who have completed fourth grade through high school are welcome to register. Learn more at CreationMuseum.org.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
