Our two spectacular Christmas events are going on right now (through December 30) at the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter in Northern Kentucky. Both of these are unique experiences. ChristmasTown features a dazzling garden of lights and a live nativity. ChristmasTime features a Christmas carol sing-along with our resident artist group Steve Hess & Southern Salvation, “Encounter the Wonder” short animated film, Glice® skating, and a gorgeous display of lights. Both events offer some unique last-minute Christmas gifts from our fair trade markets and bookstores.

Your purchase helps support these individuals and missions around the world.

If you’ve never heard of a fair trade market, it’s a market of handmade items from artisans living in impoverished countries around the world. Your purchase helps support these individuals and missions around the world. Each item is handmade, so no two items are the same, and our selection is constantly changing. A very large fair trade market is located in the gift store under the Ark; the other fair trade gift store is in the portico of the Creation Museum, 45 interstate minutes from the Ark.

Christmas is just around the corner. If you are looking for some great last-minute gifts ideas, I encourage you to check out our fair trade markets, as well as the bookstores at both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter, to find unique gifts and apologetics resources.

Don’t miss ChristmasTown and ChristmasTime. These two spectacular Christmas events have become family traditions for so many, and visitors return year after year. I encourage you and your family to come and enjoy these events personally. Both events are free (you only pay for parking if not a near-by resident*) and are a wonderful way to slow down during a very busy season to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas—Jesus Christ—while you spend time with family and friends.
