We’re excited to announce that famed modern hymn writers, Keith and Kristyn Getty, will be joining us for our 2019 Answers for Pastors and Christian Leaders’ conference in October 2019! The Gettys are household names when it comes to hymn writing, with Keith’s “In Christ Alone” being sung by around 40 to 50 million people in church services each year. We’re thrilled they are coming for a special performance during our conference, as well as for a full concert in the evening that is open to all.
Everyone who attends our Answers for Pastors and Christian Leaders’ conference will enjoy the special musical performance by the Gettys, included in conference admission.
Everyone who attends our Answers for Pastors and Christian Leaders’ conference (which is actually open for anyone to attend) will enjoy the special musical performance by the Gettys, included in conference admission. The evening concert will be a separately ticketed event and is open to both conference attendees and the general public. We hope many people will come and join with the Gettys in worshipping our Lord and Savior—it’s sure to be an amazing time.
Why are we doing this conference with the theme “One Blood, One Race”? Well, evolution is an inherently racist philosophy (some of the statements Darwin made in his book The Descent of Man make that very clear!) with no right answer to the question of the origin of people groups. Most evolutionists recognize that genetically and biologically there’s only one race (something that does not fit with evolutionary predictions, by the way) but struggle to give a good answer to the issue of race within their own worldview. But Christians who start with God’s Word in Genesis don’t have that problem because the Bible’s history—the true history of the world—has the answer to racism.
Any Christian would benefit from the answers given at this conference!
According to the Bible, there’s only one race, the human race because we’re all descendants of Adam and Eve. That’s why we’re all sinners in need of a Savior: the last Adam, Jesus Christ. At both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, we have excellent exhibits that powerfully share these truths.
The church needs to be equipped to think biblically on this issue. And that’s why “One Race, One Blood” is the theme for our 2019 Answers for Pastors and Christian Leaders’ conference, October 8–10, 2019, at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky. Any Christian would benefit from the answers given at this conference! We encourage young people and adults from all backgrounds to attend.
This conference features presentations from Dr. Johnny Hunt, Dr. Voddie Baucham, Dr. Charles Ware, me, and many others, including some of your favorite speakers from Answers in Genesis. It’s sure to be a wonderful time of learning, equipping, and growing in “grace relations.”
The early-bird discount ends June 30, 2019, so be sure to register now to secure the 15% savings. Your voyage pass gives you admission to all conference sessions and music—including the special evening performance by the Gettys—free admission to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum (45 minutes away) for seven consecutive days, free parking at both attractions, 10% discount on retail, and more.
