A Great Gospel Partnership with Dr. Johnny Hunt

Over the years, AiG has been able to partner with many well-known Christian leaders and Christian organizations as we work together to proclaim the truth of God’s Word and the gospel to the culture.

I am thrilled with the great gospel-proclaiming partnership AiG has established with my good friend Dr. Johnny Hunt. Dr. Hunt is the pastor of First Baptist Church Woodstock in northwest Atlanta, where I have spoken a few times. He is also the past president of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Dr. Hunt spoke at our 2012 Answers for Pastors conference, which was very well received by the attendees. While he was at AiG, he also recorded an endorsement for our evangelistic Ark Encounter project (and endorsements for a few other resources, such as the Answers Bible Curriculum). This year, Dr. Hunt and his wife will be part of five Timothy Barnabas conferences across the U.S., encouraging pastors and their wives. We at Answers in Genesis are thrilled to be a part of all five Timothy Barnabas conferences this year and would recommend the conferences to any pastor or church leader of any denomination.

Timothy Barnabas is a ministry of instruction and encouragement to pastors all across the country. It grew out of so many pastors coming to meet with Johnny, so he decided to start this 20 years ago. Around 150–250 pastors attend each week—the theme this year is discipleship in your leadership.
