Child Check-In Now Available for Your VBS

How It Works

Upon arrival, parents check their students in at either a volunteer-led station or a self-service kiosk. Once the child is checked in, parents receive a unique pick-up code for that child through email or text. Each child receives a name tag with their code. The same code is used for that child throughout the week.

At dismissal, parents show their pick-up code, and volunteers match the parent’s code to the student’s before the student is released. This streamlined process strengthens security, reduces confusion, and helps your team confidently ensure every child is dismissed safely.
