There are a lot of moving parts for any VBS program, and that means a lot of details to juggle. Promotion is an area you don’t want to overlook or fall behind in—after all, if your kids don’t know about your VBS, they can’t come! We have designed a variety of tools geared toward helping you get the word out to both families and volunteers.

Digital Tools

When you purchase a Starter or Super Starter kit, you’ll have access to myAnswers.com, where you can set up a personalized event page to take registrations of both kids and volunteers. You’ll also be able to download images that you can use to advertise your VBS on your own website or social media sites. When you upgrade to Digital Pro, you can customize your registration forms and emails. Look for the access code that comes with your kit.

Printed Tools

When you’re ready to start actively promoting, there are a variety of options to choose from:

As you plan the conclusion of your program, there are some final resources to help foster continued relationships with the students, families, and volunteers:

If you’ve already purchased your kit, now is the time to purchase your promotional materials. Check your director’s guide for a checklist that guides you through the promotional process. Your myAnswers account also provides promotional checklists to keep you on track. Order today and start getting the word out about your Great Jungle Journey!
