Museum's Miscalculations
Answers in Genesis’ new Creation Museum, which opened in May, originally projected 100,000 visitors by the end of its first year. Did they miscalculate!
Not only was that milestone passed within just two months, but the 250,000th guest came through the museum last November before even six months had transpired. The huge crowds (especially during the summer) prompted Answers in Genesis to seek to expand parking by more than 600 spaces.
Meanwhile, media continue to descend on the museum. The UK paper The Independent declared it to be the “slickest museum” you will ever visit,* while another leftist paper in the U.S. blared on the front page “Ignorance is a form of terrorism.”**
