Pastors and teachers around the world desire to teach about origins.
Pastors and teachers around the world desire to teach about origins. Sadly, many lack the proper knowledge and have few resources. But thanks to efforts by numerous creationists and organizations, more and more international leaders are getting the training they need to spread God’s good news beginning in Genesis.
One recent effort was a five-day course for pastors and leaders, who were flown to a training center in the United States, at donors’ expense. Ten carefully selected leaders from Peru, Hong Kong, Albania, Philippines, the Slovak Republic, Israel, and Saipan (several responsible for dozens of churches each) learned how to give effective presentations on creation. During the intensive training, held at Answers in Genesis and the Creation Museum, each participant received much-needed creation material in their own language. The goal is to follow Paul’s example in 2 Timothy 2:2, where he trained one person who then trained others, multiplying the effects and reaching the whole world.
