The Arctic People

Several people groups live in the Arctic region. Most of these people were born in the Arctic. They have learned to live in harsh conditions, and many of them earn their money by fishing, hunting, and trapping animals for the fur. A lot of what they eat comes from right where they live. They eat fish, whale, seal, caribou, native plants, and other things. In the winter there are a lot of fun things to do like hockey, sliding, skating, sledding, snowboarding, skiing, and playing in the snow . . . but they sure need to bundle up!
