Meet the ABC Team: Diane

Over the next few months, we’re introducing you to the hard-working and talented women and men who write, edit, and design Answers Bible Curriculum. This month, meet Diane.

Diane lays out ABC, so you can thank her and her hard work for how organized and perfect the layout of each unit is. She is a voracious reader and enjoys creative writing, though she hasn’t published her work. She also freelances as a publication designer and editor and sings in her church’s choir and praise team.

Here’s a bit more about Diane:

How long have you worked on ABC? I’ve been a part of the team from day one, nine years ago.

What is your role with ABC? I lay out all the books and most of the resources.

What is the favorite part of your job? Uploading each unit to the printer. Nothing better than seeing a job well finished.

What is your favorite part of the curriculum? The posters and take-home sheets for the younger grades.

What is your favorite book of the Bible? James.

What is your afternoon pick-me-up to keep on working? Caffeine or ice cream.

Do you have a childhood memory about Sunday school? That was way too long ago. I have a few memories of church services, but nothing of Sunday school.
