We can’t even begin to imagine what heaven will be like and to actually be in the presence of our wonderful God! The Bible tells us that there will be no more crying, no more death, or sorrow, or pain. Everything will be made new, and right, and perfect! Leah, it is a wonderful place God promises for us. But, it is only for those who know, trust, and believe in Jesus Christ our Savior. When you trust in Jesus, believe He died on the Cross for you, and tell Him you are truly sorry for your sins, He will forgive you. That is the only way any of us will ever get to heaven. And here is the important thing Leah—we should not want to get to heaven because we think it is a cool place for us! No, we want to be in heaven because we love God and want to worship Him. Do you know what the people are doing who are already in heaven? The Bible tells us they are glorifying and worshiping God. When we get to heaven we will have perfect love for God and He will be our primary and eternal desire. We will worship Him in full happiness and will never want to stop. That is the day that we should all look for.
