Yes—there are people living on the space station right now. But they came from earth! The Bible seems to rule out any native intelligent life in outer space since they would be under the Curse with no possibility of salvation (Romans 8). Only the descendants of Adam can be saved 1 Corinthians 15:22–45. Earth was the center of life that God made in six days. God made the earth livable or habitable Isaiah 45:18, and God never said other places in space were habitable. When Christ returns, it will be on the earth and nowhere else.
Of course, there are beings like angels, cherubim, and other heavenly host that are viewed as spiritual life in heaven. God is spirit John 4:24, so it makes sense that He can make life in both physical and spiritual forms. We, as people, have a body and a spirit.
Spaceships, satellites, and probes have taken all sorts of bacteria to space when they didn’t mean to. Surely some probes to places like Mars were not absent of bacteria. Many little microbes could also be whisked into space from our upper atmosphere. But keep in mind that these all originated on earth.
