Did you know that God designed you to play?
Playing games like kickball or climbing a tree builds your muscles and sharpens your reflexes. As you make believe with dolls or pretend with race cars, your brain develops and your imagination grows. When you play hide and seek or Simon Says with your friends, you learn to get along with other people. Making crafts or putting together puzzles teaches you to solve problems. And on top of it all, playing makes you happy and relaxed.
The next time you pat together mud pies or blast off in an imaginary spaceship, remember that our good Creator made you to play.
The ark was a real rescue ship that God used to save Noah, his family, and the animals from the flood.
