• Find five or more people who want Kids Answers delivered directly to their homes.
  This form is to be used for people within a church only and not for families to get a discount for other family members.
• Download and print the Kids Answers USA Church Group Discount Log.
• Fill out the subscription log with at least five names and home addresses. Please print or type clearly.
• Collect $9.99 per subscription—that’s $9.97 off the four-issues-per-year cover price! Have checks made out to your church or church group, not to Answers in Genesis.
• Send a single check or money order with your church or church group name and address plus the completed log to the address below:
