Yesterday, we learned that evolutionary ideas change constantly as more evidence is uncovered. But instead of throwing the ideas away for consistently being wrong, they are just changed to match the new evidence.
One old evolutionary tale is the Permian extinction. Supposedly 90% of marine creatures and 75% of land organisms were wiped out in this extinction. But based on an interpretation of a reptile fossil, some evolutionists think this extinction wasn’t nearly that intense. They think the supposed land extinction happened before the marine one. If this research is accepted, evolutionists would have to re-write the story again.
Evolution constantly changes, but God’s Word doesn’t.
