What happened exactly 100 years ago tomorrow that impacts AiG even today? Well, it was on November 2, 1920, that the very first radio broadcast went out from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. (Interestingly, the subject of the first broadcast was the US presidential election of Harding vs. Cox; Harding won.) Well, radio has vastly improved over the past century and it’s still an important part of life today—including of the AiG ministry.

Just a few days ago, I recorded Volume 140 of my daily radio program, “Answers . . . with Ken Ham.” That volume included script number 7,000! “Answers . . . with Ken Ham” is broadcast on over 900 US stations and also translated into Spanish and aired on a variety of stations throughout Latin America. (In the late 1980s and early 1990s, I also recorded a similar program when I worked with the ICR ministry.)
I frequently hear from individuals who were first exposed to the Answers in Genesis message through these short, 60-second programs that teach a biblical worldview and answer common questions about science and the Bible. I’m so thankful for the staff who work hard to help write, produce, edit, and distribute these programs and all the Christian radio stations and networks that air them. There’s a tremendous amount of work involved in this outreach. You can listen to our recent “Answers” programs here: Volume 139.
If you haven’t subscribed to my daily email, be sure to do so. Not only will you be emailed my blog each day but you’ll also receive my daily radio program, so even if a radio station in your area doesn’t air Answers, you won’t miss a day. You can subscribe on our website.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
