Special Flags Flying at Ark Encounter

We recently sent out a small flag along with a letter to thousands of Ark Encounter supporters. We asked these supporters to sign the flags and send them back for us to display beside the tram road leading up to the life-size Ark when it opens July 7. These small flags, signed by thousands of Americans, represent Christians who publicly, boldly, and unashamedly want to lead our churches and our culture back to the authority of the Bible and proclaim the life-changing gospel. And the Ark Encounter that opens next month will be a reminder to the world of God’s Word and the gospel.

Around 30,000 flags will eventually line the road. The photo below shows a sample of 100 as a test:

These flags also serve as a reminder that thousands of Christians across this nation agree that we must remind our lost world that God’s Word and the gospel are true.

I firmly believe that the full-size Noah’s Ark will be one of the greatest evangelistic outreaches of our generation. Over the years, millions of people—many of them unchurched and unfamiliar with the gospel—will hear the life-changing message that God’s Word can be trusted and that the gospel message is true. We are so thankful that we’re able to use the Ark to teach people in this nation, and from around the world, about Christ’s gospel message.
