The chasm between what is Christian and what is not Christian is widening in this nation. I believe God is using situations such as the latest Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) ruling on gay “marriage” to show who clearly is on the Lord’s side. It reminds me of that great old hymn:
Who is on the Lord’s side?
Who will serve the King?
Who will be His helpers,
Other lives to bring?
Who will leave the world’s side?
Who will face the foe?
Who is on the Lord’s side?
Who for Him will go?
The verse of Scripture I woke up with on my mind this morning was from Joshua with his challenge to the people:
And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15)
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
