An exciting feedback email to share with you from the recent speaking ministry in Tennessee:
I am a member of First Baptist Church of Lenoir City (Tennessee), and I really appreciate you taking time to visit with us last Sunday. Your comments really encouraged me and renewed my realization of how indescribable our God truly is. I was also blessed to hear of your life-long testimony of being about the Father’s business in this key area of the Christian faith.
I totally agree with your analysis regarding the foundational basis of Christianity (the first eleven chapters of Genesis) being relinquished by the church and the resulting impact on the church’s mission. Without the firm foundation of Genesis describing man’s sin, the saving message of Jesus Christ is irrelevant.
I did subscribe to the Answers magazine, and I am looking forward to getting fresh Christian perspectives and being amazed at the details of creation not provided by the conventional media outlets. I was also very excited to hear about the new Creation Museum—I am looking forward to visiting. . . . What a great asset so close to home to counter what the schools are teaching in the classroom.
The creators of the Creation Museum have produced another response to popular science-backed claims on an issue that has greatly divided Christians in the United States.
Global Warming: A Scientific and Biblical Exposé of Climate Change was released by Answers in Genesis and Coral Ridge Ministries on DVD last week in an effort to counter Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth, which asserts that that global warming is real, potentially catastrophic, and human-caused.
While the new documentary confirms evidence of global warming, it emphasizes that the phenomenon is “minute in scale,” and reassures audiences that the Earth is not headed for catastrophic flooding as predicted by former vice-president Gore.
“I think Christians need to have a balanced view of global warming,” said Answers in Genesis staff astrophysicist Dr. Jason Lisle, who is among those who lent their expertise to the discussion. “On the one hand, it is something that we should be interested in and concerned about, because God has given us dominion over this Earth and we are to be good stewards of it. At the same time, we know that God takes care of the Earth as well, and it is something that is self-maintaining to some extent.”You can order the global warming DVD and a study booklet from the AiG website.

EncouragedThanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,(1 Samuel 30:6) And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
Not from work, friends, possessions, shopping, or a better tomorrow, but only from turning to our closest friend, the Lord Jesus Christ are we encouraged.
