AnswersInGenesis.org: new logo, new look, new features!

Answers in Genesis has just updated major portions of its award-winning website, www.answersingenesis.org. Both our main site’s home page, and our museum site (www.creationmuseum.org), plus several related sites developed by our web team have received awards and/or commendation from Christian leaders and other ministries for their design and functionality.

Our staff strives to keep the site visually fresh and to have the highest quality content and behind-the-scenes programming. As a result and with God’s blessing, www.answersingenesis.org is the leading creationist and apologetics web site in the world today!

After the web team’s most recent evaluation of the site and considering ongoing feedback from our visitors, and after many hours of preparation and consultation, we have flipped the switch to make everything “live.”

Before we cover some of the newest and most obvious features, let’s take a moment to explain the reasons for this change. First and foremost, AiG is committed to making your visit to our web sites both rewarding and enjoyable. The internet changes constantly—every day new technology appears. These changes mean that we are always evaluating new ideas and new features. We want the creation message and the message that the Bible can be trusted to come through even more clearly.

The result is this newly designed site!

Some of the major changes:

• Our new logo: If you have visited the Creation Museum, you may have seen our new logo on the sleeves of Guest Services staff or on our promotional materials. This new logo emphasizes the message of our Creator and Savior from the very first verse of His Word.
• Our new look: For this redesign, we wanted to focus on bold, clean lines, legible fonts, and less clutter. However, you’ll still find many of the same site features—just enhanced. For example, our search box is now more prominent and finding upcoming events in a specific location is even easier. As we integrate the new design and color scheme, you will see the “old” logo in various areas for a while. Our staff is working to get the entire main site completely updated as soon as possible.
• Our future: This new site design will allow us to continue exploring some of the most innovative ways to share the message that we can trust God’s Word from the Old Testament history of man and the first Adam’s rebellion to the New Testament redemption provided through the Second Adam, and finally to the Consummation and restoration of all things good.

Over the next few months, we will be unveiling other features and redesigns as well. We hope that you enjoy the new site design, and we ask that you bear with us as we continue making adjustments. If you have further suggestions or comments, please let us know.
