The 7 C’s of History

To understand heaven, we need to see how it fits in the history of the world. “The 7 C’s of History” summarize the big events leading up to our need for heaven. History begins with God’s creation, which was “very good.” But mankind messed up by disobeying God, first in the garden of Eden (Corruption) and then before the flood (Catastrophe) and at the tower of Babel (Confusion). Christ then came to earth and died on the cross so we could be restored to a right relationship with him and live with him forever in heaven (called the “Consummation”).
