If you’re a Creation Museum member (that includes annual pass holders), we’re happy to let you know that we continue to add more benefits to your membership.
On Friday, October 8, we’re planning an event just for members. As the museum is closing at 6 PM, members are invited to stick around and enjoy a time of fishing on our three-acre lake, picnicking in the gardens, and taking a ride on our petting zoo’s camel (Gomer). Then we’ll get some campfires going.
It gets even better. There is no charge for the activities (except for a reduced fee of $2.00 to ride the camel). You may bring your own picnic dinner to enjoy in one of our covered pavilions that are in our gardens; you’re welcome to bring some hot dogs and marshmallows to roast over the fire.
All ages can fish, but please note: an adult must accompany anyone under 18, and those over age 16 must have a valid Kentucky fishing license. (A temporary Kentucky fishing license may be purchased online from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.)
Registration is required for this special event. Send us your name, phone number, and address to memberservices[at]creationmuseum[dot]org. Space is limited. We already have 30 people reserved, including families who are coming in from Texas and Oklahoma.
Keep an eye out on our website for more “members-only” events being planned, including a “sneak preview” of our popular annual Christmas presentation coming up in early December!
And, if you are not a Creation Museum member or annual pass holder, maybe now is the time to consider such a membership. Go to the Creation Museum membership page for details.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
