Summary of End-of-Year Campaign Projects
Creation Museum Upgrade & Expansion
Forecast Budget: $8,000,000
The Creation Museum’s popularity has significantly grown. Not only has guest attendance increased, but the amount of time guests stay on-site has also grown substantially. Furthermore, once we open the stunning conservatory exhibiting the plants of the Bible soon (an attraction in itself), the new zoo, and the outdoor stage, we believe the guest attendance will increase even more. The museum’s existing café is often unable to meet the increased demand, and the museum can get very crowded at times.
- We plan to add a larger main dining venue to the museum to accommodate and serve more guests on the Creation Museum property.
- This dining room will open up a lot more space inside the museum to improve guest pathways and flow to the exhibits/theaters.
- Work will begin to redesign some of the museum office space, once the staff has moved to HQ, into an area to engage and impact children.
- We plan to update and expand the bookstore.
Ark Encounter Expansion
Forecast Budget: $5,000,000
With the success and popularity of the Truth Traveler virtual reality experience, we plan to relocate, update, and expand the experience to the currently unused and unfinished fourth deck of the full-size Ark. This plan will provide Truth Traveler access to the Ark’s fourth deck to achieve the following:
- Impact more guests with the biblical history and gospel message presented through this exciting VR experience.
- Free up the current VR building to be used for new children’s activities and exhibits.
- Provide for Truth Traveler guests to access the Ark’s outdoor overlook with spectacular views of the park and the surrounding countryside.
- Increase overall guest capacity in the Ark.
AI Genesis
AI Genesis: Overview
Forecast Budget: $3,000,000
As artificial intelligence continues to disrupt various fields and become a key tool in many technology platforms, it is crucial that Christian ministries don’t get left behind. AI platforms have biases that are not always favorable to biblical teaching and fall short of offering a truly Christian product. This AIGenesis project will help us innovate new ways of outreach, such as the following to name a few:
- Lay the foundation for new, state-of-the-art interactive opportunities at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum with a faith-based AI platform.
- Create education tools that can be used to train children up in the knowledge of the Bible and apologetics.
- Develop a realistic Noah character (an “avatar”) that will be projected into spaces at the Ark Encounter. Noah will be animated in real time by an AI engine to interact with guests in natural conversation when they ask him questions about certain subjects, such as the ark and the global flood.

What type of receipt will I receive?
You will receive a receipt at the mailing address and email address you specify. If you are donating from outside the US, we may not be able to provide you an income-tax receipt for this donation.
Are gifts tax deductible?
All gifts to Answers in Genesis, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our federal tax ID number is 33-0596423. Gifts given to a specific program will be used for that program unless we receive more contributions than can wisely be used for that program.
