Searching our media archive

Hundreds of media programs are available for online listening and viewing in our AnswersMedia section. Here are some helpful tips for finding the programs in which you are interested.

To browse our entire archive, click the ‘Media Archive’ link on the top of the page. From here you can sort the programs by date, title, program type, or length by clicking on the sort arrows at the top of each column.

Use the links in the ‘Go to page’ section to navigate from page to page.

If you would like to change the number of results that are displayed per page, simply select the preferred ‘Records per page’ option.

You can also restrict your search to display only programs that meet criteria you specify, such as keywords, speakers, program type, etc. Use the ‘Advanced search’ option at the top of the page. Once you submit the search, the same features mentioned above (such as sorting, page navigation, etc.) are available.

If you are having difficulty getting the programs to load, here are some tips:

  • Most of our earlier programs are encoded using RealAudio. To listen or view these programs, you must have the free RealOne player installed. Click here to download the free RealOne player.

  • Newer programs are encoded in MP3 format. To play these files, you must have a media player capable of playing MP3 files. Many free players are available, such as Windows Media player, RealOne player, and QuickTime player. Note that some distributors of these media players will try to sell you add-ons and features. (For example, RealOne player and QuickTime will try to sell you a ‘plus’ version.) You may purchase these extras at your own discretion, but the free versions are sufficient to play media on our site.

  • If the media program does not play and you receive a ‘buffering’ or ‘waiting on server’ message, then the servers may be busy. You may want to try at a later time.
